1. General Principles

This policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for purchases of the In-Platform Service Credit package within the GoTradeGo application. Amazing Technology and Marketing Inc. operates within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

 

2. Digital Content Refund — General Rule

The In-Platform Service Credit packages offered for sale on the GoTradeGo app are digital content. Once the purchase of In-Platform Service Credit is complete, the credits are instantly added to the account and usage begins.

Therefore, in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and, as a rule, no refund will be given since the performance of the digital content has already begun.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances Under Which Returns May Be Made

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The Platform-Internal Service Credit could not be credited to the account due to a technical malfunction or system error.
  • Double charging for the same package
  • Purchases resulting from unauthorized/fraudulent transactions (provided they are documented)

 

4. Refund Application

You can submit your return requests to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — [Username]". Please include the following in your request:

  • Purchase date and transaction ID ( receipt / transaction ID)
  • The platform where the payment was made ( App) Store / Google Play)
  • Reason for return and screenshots, if any.

Applications are reviewed within 7 business days.

 

5. Return Process and Method

If a refund is granted, the refund will be processed through the same payment method ( App) . Refunds are processed via the Apple Store or Google Play. The processing time depends on the respective platform and is generally 5-10 business days. No cash refunds will be given.

 

6. Account Cancellation / Closure

Users can close their account at any time using the 'Delete My Account' option within the application. When the account is closed:

  • All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Any remaining On-Platform Service Credit balance will be considered invalid and will not be refunded.
  • Active listings and messaging history will become inaccessible.

 

7. Additional Information Regarding Purchases Made Through the Platform

App Apple's return policy applies to purchases made through the Store . Return requests can also be submitted directly to Apple . For Google Play, Google's return and refund policy applies.
